We share your personal information only as necessary: with the embassy or consulate processing your visa, with certified translators (where required), and with courier services for document delivery. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our online portal uses HTTPS encryption. Physical documents are stored securely at our office and returned to you after your application is processed.
We retain your personal data for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, in accordance with Sri Lankan legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal obligations).
