Navi Visa Consulting Consortium (Pvt) Ltd ("NVCC") provides visa consulting and application preparation services. We act as an intermediary between clients and embassies/consulates. We do not issue visas ourselves — visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or government authority.
NVCC cannot and does not guarantee visa approval. Embassy decisions are final and at the sole discretion of the issuing authority. Our service fees are payable regardless of the visa outcome, as they cover the professional services rendered.
Service fees are due upon confirmation of your application. Embassy fees are payable separately and are non-refundable once submitted. NVCC service fees are non-refundable as they cover professional services already rendered.
Service fees are non-refundable. If NVCC is unable to process your application due to factors within our control, a refund may be considered at our discretion. Embassy fees paid to the consulate are not refundable by NVCC.
NVCC's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for visa rejections, delays by embassies, losses arising from travel cancellations, or any indirect or consequential damages.
Clients must provide genuine, unaltered documents. Submission of fraudulent documents is illegal and may result in permanent visa bans. NVCC accepts no liability for consequences arising from fraudulent documents provided by the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
